Ebook and Audiobooks + Preorders

Preorders

When you preorder an ebook or audiobook, you should get a confirmation email at the time of purchase.

    1. Buy your book now and whitelist help@bookfunnel.com or log into my.bookfunnel.com on release day.
    2. Mark your calendar! The book will automatically be delivered to your email on release day.

How will I get the ebook?

Books delivered with BookFunnel. After purchase, you will be receiving two emails:

    1. Confirmation of your Transaction.
    2. An email from help@bookfunnel.com with the link to download the book(s). If you have any trouble, click the help link at the top of the BookFunnel page, and they’ll be happy to help. You have 13 days to download your book files.

What if I don't see the BookFunnel email after ten minutes?

    1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folder. 
    2. You should be able to get your book from your BookFunnel library at https://my.BookFunnel.com.

How do I read the ebooks?

    • Each buyer receives a unique download link

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or returns are allowed for ebooks and audiobooks.

Chances are, we now sell to your country!

But if you are a rare case where Ebooks and Audiobooks are not available because of tax laws (see list at the bottom of the page), don't fret. All of Michelle's ebooks and audiobooks are available at major vendors.

Media Mail Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that if you choose Media Mail as your shipping option, this service does not include insurance and is handled at the customer’s risk. USPS does not cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent via Media Mail. While we take care to package your order securely, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

If you would like to ensure your package is protected, we highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or purchasing additional insurance separately.

By choosing Media Mail at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Signed Books Shipping and Processing Times

    • You will choose your shipping speed at checkout.
    • We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL. You will see available options for your country at checkout.
    • In Stock: Allow 3-5 days to process your signed print book orders. (Honestly, we try to get it within 24 hours of the order, but sometimes the author is traveling and needs to come back to autograph)
    • Out of Stock: These listings are clearly marked. This simply means I don't have the author copies in stock for my store and have to order them so I can sign them and ship them out. (With so many books, I don't have the storage space to keep multiple copies of everything). Books typically ship within 4-6 weeks of ordering. I'll try to get it to you as fast as possible.
    • Preorders: Preorders will normally ship AFTER the release date, as soon as I get them from the printer. Check the listing for more details.

Personally SIGNED Print Books: These ship from the US. It is our goal to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We try to ship at least once a week, but this isn't always possible. For signed book copies, it might depend on the author availability. Please be patient, we want to get your order to you as fast as we can. For US orders, in most cases shipping can take 3-10 days.

For preorder items: Those will ship when we receive the item in stock but usually not before the book release date. Please be aware that we are depended on the shipping times from our suppliers and delays can happen. We will get items to you as fast as we can.

T-Shirt & Merchandise: These are send via a Print on Demand merchandise shipper. Please pay attention to the times during checkout. Items are printed on demand to cut down on waste. 

A NOTE: If you buy a combination of Print on Demand merchandise, an unsigned print book, and a signed book from the author: These all come from three different locations which means you will have 2-3 different shipping charges depending on your order.

 

International Shipping FAQs

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

    • International shipping rates cover shipping charges. Taxes should be collected at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are dependent on countries and tax laws.
    • DHL and UPS shipping services with tracking numbers are used to ship and deliver products internationally.
    • Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
    • Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method to pay for products.

International Customer Using US Mail Forwarding Service

Shipping solution for non-US countries who want to try to save on shipping costs on goods sent from the US:

With VAT requirements and the cost of shipping overseas from the US, we recommend that non-US customers consider using mail forwarding services. These are often more cost-effective.

How does this work?

In short, when you check out you will use the US address given to you by the mail forwarding service as your shipping address. You will then proceed through checkout with US shipping totals. We will ship your order to that address. The forwarding service is responsible from that point forward, so make sure you check out their terms and services.

When deciding which to use, be sure to check if they have monthly fees, charge per package, or per monthly plan.

To find a plan, google: "US to (your country) mail forwarding service". Stackery looks to have no monthly fee to get you started. There is a shipping calculator on their site that you can try out. For a sample size: An average book will be 2 lb, 6 x 2 x 10 in a padded envelope.

What countries can we not sell to?

We cannot sell to 50 specific countries including Afghanistan, Eritrea, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Belarus, Myanmar, Venezuela, and Yemen due to US government regulations or payment processing limitations. Read More

  • Sales Tax is charged at checkout depending on your location.
  • VAT is charged for all EU and UK sales.
